Faith Hope Walker

After a wonderful 93 day journey on Earth baby Faith Hope passed away peacfully in her mommy's arms. Faith was anencephalic like Seth, and her mommy was told that Faith, like Seth, would not live after birth. Boy did she prove the doctors wrong. I am asking you to please pray for the Walker family as they go through this. I know how it is to lose a baby, and believe me..they need the prayers. you can see pictures of Faith, and leave her mommy encouraging words at www.babyfaithhope.blogspot.com. Thanks

  3. You've no idea who I am, and neither does Myah, I came across from Myah's blog whilst looking for some way to contact her, I've been following her blog for the last couple of months, comments are disabled, but now her beautiful baby has gone from this earth I really want to let her know how I enjoyed sharing their amazing journey and was so so touched by it, I don't know if you've any way of contacting her, but if you do, please tell her that my thoughts and prayers are with her, I'm Rachel and I'm 17, from the UK.

  4. If you know how to get in touch with Myah, please let her know that I'm sure the people at Prenatal Partners for Life would LOVE to hear the story of Faith and how long she lived! I do believe she's the longest baby with anencephaly to survive, but either way it would be uplifting for her to share her story with others. :)

  6. Pensive:

How does your ignorant comment change the love parents feel for their children or the fact that they are still human? I

I'd really like to se where the Pope has said it's okay to actively KILL such people because they aren't "conscious beings."

  8. It's not a problem, PJ. I thought for a while about whether or not to engage him/her, and I ultimately decided that I'm sick and tired of these neanderthals determining who is and isn't worthy of love on the basis of THEIR definitions. I see nothing but love here, nothing but love on baby Faith's blog. That people react with such disgust to love makes me angry and I'm not going to sit silently and let them get away with it.

And, I would have LOVED to see his/her interpretation of the Pope's comments because - as a Catholic - I can tell you the Pope would *never* advocate for the sort of behavior and treatment Pensive thinks is okay. So I'm curious as to how twisted those "comments" were.

My best to you and yours.

  9. I'm definitely praying for Myah. I am sorry people are leaving inappropriate things. It is very shameful behavior.

  10. I have been following Myah's and a couple of other blogs lately. A friend had posted it on a forum that we participate asking for our prayers and I have to admit that now i have to enter and read everyday as much as i can and pray, more than anything pray for each and every baby and each and every parent because this must be a very difficult journey. I wanted to answer to Obv who says she believes baby faith is the only child who has lived this long. Actually, there was a brazilian girl who lived a year and nine months i believe.
